BC 瓦站人测试是硬门槛。站上去塌了 = 这批箱子上船三个月必变形。C 瓦单箱放宽——按压测试替代。
BC double-wall: this test is mandatory. Collapse = box will deform during 3-month sea freight. C single-wall: skip this, use palm press instead.
面朝下平拍（不是角跌落）。箱子里装上实际货物，封好。双手提箱、底面平行地面，齐腰高度（约 1 米）松手，整个底面同时着地。连续 2 次。箱子不开裂、不变形。模拟搬运时从手上滑落的真实场景。
Flat drop on face (NOT corner drop). Fill box with actual goods, seal. Hold level — bottom face parallel to floor. Release from waist height (~1m). Entire bottom hits at once. Repeat 2 times. Simulates dropping during handling. NOT a corner drop — corner impact is destructive and not a fair acceptance test.
跌落测试最暴露封口质量。钉箱看钉子是否拉出纸面，胶封看胶缝是否开裂。连续两次同一个地方出问题 = 封口工艺不合格。
Drop test reveals sealing weakness. Staples pulling out = fail. Glue seam cracking = fail. Same spot failing twice = reject batch.
对着箱面中央，用手掌猛砸一下。不出凹陷 = 面纸够厚（≥140g）。一按一个坑 = 低克重回收纸，海运会塌。
Slam the box face with your palm. No dent = face paper thick enough (≥140g). Dent appears = low-grade recycled paper, will collapse at sea.
用拇指按压纸箱侧边（瓦楞方向）。用力按下去，形变快 = 边压低（ECT < 32）。形变慢且回弹 = 边压达标。
Press thumb hard into box edge (flute direction). Fast deformation = low ECT (<32). Slow/resilient = ECT meets standard.
找箱子的切口边缘（折叠处或封口边）。数瓦楞层数、看粘合质量和瓦楞均匀度。B 瓦单层、C 瓦单层、BC 瓦双层——先数清楚。
Examine the cut edge. Count flute layers. Check glue quality and flute uniformity. B=1 layer, C=1 layer, BC=2 layers — count first.
一看层数：BC 双瓦 = 5 层纸（面→B芯→中隔→C芯→面），不是 3 层。二看粘合：瓦楞芯和面纸之间没有脱胶空隙。三看均匀：瓦楞波形一致，没有压扁或疏密不一的段落。
1. Layers: BC = 5 paper layers, not 3. 2. Glue: no gaps between flute and liner. 3. Uniform: wave shape consistent, no crushed or uneven sections.
手摸纸箱内外面。发潮发软 = 含水率超标（>10%）。鼻子凑近闻一下，有霉味或潮湿味 = 储存环境有问题，这批不能用。
Touch inside and outside of box. Damp/soft = moisture >10%. Smell it — musty or wet odor = storage problem, reject.
伊拉克夏天 39°C + 集装箱内部更高。出厂含水率 >10% 的纸箱，到港时强度只剩 40%。如果供应商做了防潮处理（AKD 施胶），手感应该明显干爽且有轻微滑感。
Iraq summer 39°C + container heat. Boxes shipped at >10% moisture lose 60% strength by arrival. AKD-treated boxes feel distinctly dry with slight slippery feel.
